I didn't really trust Kia before this car. After driving the Optima, I found it was very similar to the Acura and Corolla at a fraction of the price. The gas mileage is good, and it has been very reliable. Make sure you check to see if you're in "eco mode" or not, though. I thought my car was broken for a while until I realized I had switched on "eco mode". I'd rather drive fast and save gas, but that was so confusing at first. Overall I would say that you should definitely drive this car and give it a chance, and visually it looks great. Kia is no longer a second class brand, and I would definitely buy this car again. The used market is solid and the price to performance ratio is extremely high.

I really loved the sporty style of this vehicle, which is what originally attracted my attention to this vehicle. I was also impressed at the number of available features with regards to pricing. Most other vehicles with this much to offer, cost a lot more. I liked the spacious cabin and the fact that it was available in a turbocharged engine.
