The car is reliable and safe. Even at 11 years old it shows that it was well-built. It has great cargo space and it is comfortable to drive in it long distances.

This car has been great! With over 240,000 miles on it, it still is going strong. The size of the vehicle is perfect for my family of 4. The AWD is certainly a must have for our icy winters. I've never had heated seats before this car and I can honestly say that it will absolutely be a requirement on any future vehicles we purchase. They are just so comfortable, great for the winter, and it certainly helps to loosen up my back. Other amazing features that I love about car are things like the climate control and the sun/moon roof. The climate control is amazing for both winter and summer. It doesn't matter the time of year, we're always comfortable. I love the sun roof in the summer and the moon roof in the winter. I know that it's basically another window, but it adds that special something, especially for my children. As for other specs, the car gets over 200 miles to a tank of gas and that's city driving. It gets even more with highway driving. The car hands great and it feels like its cruising along even at high speeds. It has plenty of space to accommodate my family with room to spare. The trunk space is huge and has been beneficial for pets, groceries, luggage, etc. We always have enough room for whatever we're doing.

If I had an unlimited gas card I would drive this vehicle a lot more than I do. I love the space inside for the family and all of our stuff. When we take it on trips we usually bring more stuff than we need as there's room and since there is, why not. It has sat idle for three months at a time and started right up and run with no problems whatsoever. There have been what I consider normal repairs through its life with us as it's aged. We thought of getting another, newer car, but there wasn't anything out there that was comparable in quality and size, so we've sunk the money into repairs to keep our v70 going. I've never been sad for a day that we bought it as it's dependable to a fault (but I'm one to do preventative care as opposed to waiting for something to happen).
