Used Ford Escape for Sale in Fort Bragg, CA

What initially attracted me to this car was the low price for a brand new SUV. Many of the cons of this car are accompanied by pros. This is a smaller SUV and therefore can only seat up to 5 people, but in turn it gives you a fairly competitive MPG rating (we average 26mpg.) One of the things that I love about this car is that it comes equipped with cordless phone sync, aux and usb ports, and steering wheel control buttons. We have used this vehicle for traveling throughout many countries in Europe and have never encountered a problem. This vehicle easily fits rear facing car seat as well as allowing for three car seat to fit across the back seats. There is plenty of trunk space and I highly suggest getting the rubber mat that protects the carpet. The only con's that this car has are simply preferential. With a family of four I often find times that we would like to be able to transport more than one other person in our vehicle, the next SUV we purchase will need an optional third row. Overall this is truly a great intermediate SUV, I love it and for now it provides us with everything that we need in a car!

The 2011 Ford Escape LTD, in my opinion, is a great car. I like the styling much better than that of the newer Escape. The interior is roomy and comfortable though not plush by any means. The seats, front and rear, have leather inserts and have been comfortable and durable the last 3 years of ownership. There is a fair amount of usable storage area behind the rear seat, which folds down, though not completely flat, for larger items. Instrumentation is right where you need it to be but the dash is a bit busy until you get used to where everything is. Fuel economy averages around 24 mpg (I live in a very rural area, so city mileage is meaningless since everywhere I need to go is at least 15 miles away). The 3.0L V6 Flex Fuel engine is very responsive (240 HP).
