If I have to speak about the vehicle that I own, it is the Ford Fiesta 2009 model. I owned it since 2009 and it took me long time to gather the money and select the best car. I was planning since many years to change the car, and ultimately in 2009 I found the best car that fits my budget and also the feature and look than I was looking for. The overall styling is awesome, the ground clearance of the car is more than typical cars. Which gives an extra feature to move around off road and also hatch back model, which is shorter than a normal car, gives a very good feature to move around in traffic and tight places. And interior is the best that I was looking for since all these years and the seats are very comfortable. The steering column and the seating posture and the gear shift smoothness is the most comfortable compared to other similar cars

Wouldn't buy it again.
I like the overall look of the car. The look is modern and sleek. I like the interior too. The headliner is nice and soft. The seats are quite comfortable. The interior of the car is roomy, as is the trunk. However, I'm not at all pleased with how the car runs. There have been two recalls for parts so far. A fuel pump and a locking mechanism. That's annoying and inconvenient to deal with. But the very worst part of this car is the transmission. It rattles and jerks. That started happening not long after I drove the car off the lot. The dealership's solution is to reset the computer, which fixes it for a while. And then the same thing starts happening all over again. I have to have it done every time I have an oil change. It's due to Ford's new power shift transmission. It's a transmission that works on a dual-clutch system controlled by a computer, rather than a torque converter. It's a great idea in concept. Gas mileage is great with it, and it allows the user to override and cycle through the gears by choice rather than computer timing. But the execution of the idea is poor. They haven't even begun to work out the kinks in the power shift. In fact, there's currently a class action against Ford for it. I would absolutely not buy this car again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone buy it. It's awful. Unfortunately, I'm still financed and won't have the car paid off for another year.

I don't believe this dealership was the best or even great. The only reason I went there is because they were the only dealership within driving distance that had the model car I was looking for.
