Honda CRV Best of Both Worlds
The 2002 Honda CRV is a solid choice for just about any driver looking to buy. One of the key benefits of the CRV is having an SUV that handles and feels like a regular sized car. The visibility in particular is unparalleled for an SUV, with a very large rear window and two additional side windows as well. The storage capacity is unbelievable for a vehicle that size. I fit the contents of a 750 sq. Foot apartment in my CRV - along with two adults and a cat - and it was a piece of cake. There are also a lot of neat, thoughtful features that you wouldn't expect in this particular model, including a back that transforms into a removable picnic table, and side hooks in the rear to place grocery sacks; keeping them from rolling around. The drink holder between the two front chairs swings down vertically to create extra space between the seats if necessary. Aside from extra benefits on the interior, the Honda handles beautifully, and goes above and beyond what you might expect from an SUV. For instance, I was once in a situation where a dangerous truck on the highway made a grave judgment error. In order to avoid a collision, I was sent into a complete 360 at 70 MPH. The Honda didn't even come close to a roll, stayed safely on the ground, and checked out perfect upon a subsequent mechanical inspection. I feel very safe in that car and I would feel safe having my family riding in a Honda CRV. At a thorough inspection around 80,000 miles, the Honda had very few mechanical issues and none that were critical. I anticipate this car easily lasting well over 200,000 miles; probably longer if you are a person who maintains your vehicle responsibly. The 2002 Honda CRV is incredibly comfortable for both driver and passengers. The style is attractive - in my opinion, even more so than later models of the same car - and the fuel economy is well above average. It's such a great car, I bought it from its original owner and they spent the next 5 years trying to buy it back from me! No car they bought after the fact lived up to their experience with the 2002 CRV, and I can see why!

A quality vehicle with few frills
The 2015 Honda CRV is a quality vehicle, which I have never had any maintenance issues with. It has been reliable when I need it and serves as an effective family vehicle for a smaller family. The vehicle gets excellent gas mileage due to an underpowered motor but the EX trim package that I purchased has very few frills. My family is ready for a new car, which offers more in terms of luxury and comfort; however, the CRV got the job done for us, and I would recommend it as an economical family car to anyone.

I have been buying/leasing vehicles from Ralph Schomp for the past 10 years. They do not work on commission so you are not bombarded by someone when you walk in. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you. They are very professional and offer the best pricing.
