Reliable Nissan
A 1997 Nissan Pathfinder is an old girl, but she get's the job done. In 2015 she wouldn't be worth much, but about 1,200 dollars when appraised. I love how the room in the back of the car is spacious, and there is plenty of trunk space. The thing I look for in any car is the reliability, and for being an 18 year old vehicle, I would recommend this type of vehicle to anyone who is just starting out, or their budget won't stretch that far. This car is also great for family outings or outings with friends as there is plenty of room in the back. The car can fit three people comfortably in the back, or even squeeze 4 or 5 people depending on size. Not only is this car reliable, and functional, but it is also gas friendly. You want more bang for your buck? A Nissan Pathfinder's full tank is about 30-35 dollars depending on gas prices at the time. I would only have to fill up this car about twice a month, as long as I wasn't doing any major traveling at the time.

The sound system is better than fair, though it's critical to minimally upgrade it to a stereo with at least a USB input and ideally, Bluetooth. With a roof rack and cargo room in the back, these are great outdoors/camping vehicles. I enjoy taking my Pathfinder into the mountains where
