I have worked with several car dealerships in the past. Carmax however stood far above the rest. Their customer service was excellent with a very friendly staff. The prices were very reasonable, and they did not try to charge me a bunch of unnecessary fees. Finally the quality of the car was very good considering it was a used car.

This is my 3rd Mercedes from this dealership. I was unhappy with last year's model (2013) and talked to Fred, the manager. He agreed to sell me the 2014 for the same price I paid for the 2013. They even gave me over bluebook for last years model. Amazing car dealership.
