I would not categorize the experience as great, but it was pretty good. The customer service was nice. My salesman was new but he handled the sale very well. He was honest about the various pros and cons of the car, and was very friendly and personable.

The salespeople were low pressure, the car was in good shape, and I think that I will get good service from their service department. I hate car buying, but they made it easier to deal with. I already had done my research, and they didn't talk me out of what I wanted or pressure me to get something else.
