Subaru Outback Lehighton, PA OWNER RATINGS & REVIEWS
Chattanooga, Tennessee
Reliable, trustworthy, family-friendly.
I love this vehicle. It's among the top vehicles I've driven, if not the best. This car is great for a lot of reasons. It picks up speed fairly quickly, which is useful for the highway, or if you're living in a place that has a lot of up and down (like where I live). The space in the car is great too. My dog, his bed, and luggage can fit in the trunk. Grocery store visits are never an issue as far as space goes. This is a great car for road trips. With a toddler, and a baby on the way, there's plenty of play space, and legroom for the kids in the back, and also a ton of space of front for both the passenger and driver. This car has great safety ratings as far as rollovers, accidents, and other things similar to that. I feel good taking my family out in this car and would absolutely recommend this to someone who is in the market for a good car that has a vast amount of versatility.

Could be better
My 2018 Subaru Outback base 2.5i is a great car for the most part. The utility aspect of it is very good. There is so much space to put things in the car as well as leg room. Once you lay the rear seats down, you could literally put anything you want back there. The roof rack has foldable cross beams, and the visibility is amazing. The car performs great in all weather conditions including snow and ice. I never got stuck. The base model comes with a back-up camera, which helps immensely since it's a fairly big vehicle. The infotainment system is really easy to use and is very responsive. The ride comfort is just right. Not too hard or too soft. Absorbs bumps really nicely. If you have dogs, they will enjoy the car's roomy interior. The headlights are very bright too. Another thing I like is the amazing gas mileage for a vehicle of that size. Although it does most things really well, there are a few things that I think could be changed or improved on. The road noise is fairly loud for a vehicle that size especially on the freeway. The engine seems underpowered, especially coupled with the CVT transmission. Passing people is difficult and takes longer than expected. I can't imagine towing something with this vehicle as anything over 1,000 pounds would seem too much for it. After about 4,000 miles, I'm starting to hear weird clunks coming from the suspension over harsh bumps. Also, there seems to be some rattling on rough roads too. Nothing major though. Overall, I would really recommend this car to anyone looking for a very capable vehicle with lots of space and great usability.

They always go above and beyond. I bought my car there and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They also gave me a very good price on my trade in. My car came with a great warranty and they also included various services for the next two years for free. Overall one of the best car dealerships I've ever dealt with.
