2015 Toyota Prius c OWNER RATINGS & REVIEWS
Las Cruces, New Mexico
Prius C is a great car for a young professional.
The Prius c is highly fuel efficient, which is nice when commuting to and from work, and also when needing to go to the gym and run errands. The front seats are relatively spacious for such a small car. Having a hatchback with foldable rear seats is nice too, since larger items can be placed in this area. The Prius also has a large following, so there are a lot of forums online that can give you general information about the car, how it works, and how to customize it. There are also a lot of sites that sell items to customize the car. One important consideration for the Prius c is that it is a small car and is not very heavy. Sometimes when driving on the highway at about 75 mph it feels like the car is slightly unstable. It never feels unsafe, but it can be a disconcerting feeling to drive such light car if you are used to something a bit larger and heavier.

Great little car!
This car is not only fuel efficient, but a pleasure to drive. It hugs the road, is peppy, and maneuvers well. I've had other people drive the car, and they tell me they are surprised how well it handles I take a 1500 mile round trip every few months, and I've saved tons on gas. On long road trip going up and down mountains it averages 45 mpg. It's a little more around town, unless I am running the air conditioner, then the mpg drops to about 40. Its small size makes finding a parking spot in the city much easier. I've owned the vehicle for over 3 years, and beyond normal maintenance, have had no problems whatsoever. One thing I had to get used to is that in EV mode it is so quiet, many times people don't hear me approaching them. I've had people walk right out in front of me. For being such a small car, the interior size in impressive. The storage space in the back holds full loads of groceries on a regular basis. I've transported large boxes, long items with the back seat down with no problems. For passengers, there's plenty of leg room. There's not a lot to dislike about this car. I would like to have cruise control for long trips. I'm not sure the car has this option. Overall an excellent vehicle.
