They completed the purchase process more quickly than any other dealership I have shopped with. Before arriving I had talked to a salesperson about the two Highlanders I was interested in viewing. I left him know what time I would arrive. When I got there he had both of the vehicles out front with the keys ready to let me get started looking and test driving.

The salesperson's gave me space during our transaction. There wasn't any pressure from them to purchase the car, they really let us have the control on whether or not we would make the purchase. I think the space they gave us was very much needed to ensure that I made a quality choice in the car that I wanted, rather than the car they wanted me to buy.
