I really enjoy my Dodge Neon.
First, I like that my Dodge Neon because is a zippy kind of car. It moves smoothly and doesn't make strange noises. It is great on gas mileage as well. I can get about 28 miles to the gallon in the city. In the country or off the highway, it is economical as well. I have had my car for about five years and, it is dependable and reliable. I have driven to and from work everyday with very few problems. I had to have a few mechanical things fixed but not that many. It drives very easily around traffic and on the back roads too. I would like a bigger SUV in order to carry more, but I cannot afford it right now. The interior has held up really well, and the seats are comfortable and don't hold static and shock me like other cars have. I take it to my uncle who inspects it, but there is one problem I have. The instrument panel that holds the gauges sometimes quits if I go over a severe bump or pothole in the road. The contacts disengage, and it will actually re-contact if I go over another bump. Sometimes I have to wait to restart the car for the gauges to engage again, but it doesn't happen that often so I am ok with it. I have taken care of my Dodge Neon, and it has lasted me for many years even though it's a late model car. It has over 225,000 miles on it and still purrs like a kitten. It has a sporty whale tail in the back on the trunk, which I really like to look at. It is silver and looks like a new car. I'm glad I made the choice to buy this specific car.

I got a lemon.
My 1999 Dodge Neon is Forest Green in color, automatic transmission, 2.0 SOHC 4 cylinder engine, 2 door, aluminum alloy wheels. In dash CD player, 6 inch 3 way speakers in the door, 6 x9 3 way speakers in the rear deck, tweeters in the dash, 500 watt amp and 12 inch sub in the trunk. I keep the oil changed every 3000-5000 miles. I keep the air filter clean, change the plugs when needed, keep the brake pads in check. I wash the car and clean the interior. I use a vacuum on the carpet and armor all on the dash. Cosmetically and mechanically the car is very sound and looks good. The car is not a powerhouse but it can be upgraded extensively. It feels fine driving down the road and handles smoothly.

Love this car
I love my cute little Dodge Neon. It is a 2003, and it has worked its little heart out. I have gone around town, and I've taken it on long trips. I went to Seattle, which is about twelve-hour trip, and it handled the highways really well. I take it camping, and I can find that I can fill it to the brim. I can get all my camping paraphernalia packed in and have room for more. I go to my local large grocery store and can get all my supplies that I need. I find that it gets me were ever I want to go safely, and it's pretty cute too. It is a four door, so it is easy to get into and out of. It is not too huge so it can get into small spaces, and yet it can haul stuff away like a trouper. It is a silver gray so it is classy. So when I go out to dinner or a show, it always comes up to snuff and yet when I want to ruff it in the country, it does that too.
