Worst car experience
We bought this car used, but it was practically new. Only 71 miles. One month later and things were breaking down and failing. Soon after, we got our first letter in the mail from the manufacturer stating various recalls for different parts of the car. Repairs would be covered, but it was a hassle. We ended up getting more and more recall letters as time went on. Aside from all the needed repairs when the car was fixed it drove really well. It is a compact car so for it to be small and expected, and it is just my wife and I. However, anytime we needed to transport more than two people, it felt extremely crammed. There is little to no leg room for the backseat passengers even if the front seats are moved all the way forward. Not to mention if you manage to fit someone in the back comfortably, it's because the passengers in the front have there faces in the dashboard. We have a radio that has Ford Sync built in. It allowed us to connect our phones via Bluetooth so we could talk on the phone hands free or connect apps such as Pandora or Spotify for a personalized music experience, which was great for those long trips. After a few months though, the radio started to lose some of its functions. It started with the Bluetooth connectivity being shoddy to not allowing us to connect via Bluetooth at all. Then the menu on the radio started to malfunction. Then the radio itself would lose signal even on the channels we listened to clearly months before. Eventually, we could hear static or buzzing in the speakers. It got worse every time we used the car. This went on until one day they seemed to give out and the loudest singular tone was coming from the speakers out of no where. Restarting the car was the only way to fix it. This even happened if we weren't using the radio. They finally completely stopped working after my wife and I were on our way somewhere, and the radio did its now normal random screech. Except this time even turning off the car did not stop this bone chilling screech. We didn't have the money to fix the stereo, so the only fix was to dismantle the dash and to unplug the radio and speakers.

Very satisfied.
The Fiesta is a cute little car with a lot of interior features that were unexpected in a compact in its price range. The standard package came with a lot of useful features - Bluetooth, good gas mileage, etc. - but the upgraded SEL package adds a lot of little features that are very impressive, without breaking the bank on an affordable vehicle (under $19,000 full loaded). Included were leather heated seats, changing interior lights, an upgraded stereo system, push button start and locks, and even an upgraded stereo sound system, all controlled by voice through Microsoft Sync. It also includes features to further increase gas mileage, which has held steady around 40 mpg highway, even as my vehicle approaches 100 thousand miles. Those features include increased wheel size (decreases the speed at which wheels need to rotate), capless fueling (to prevent any gasoline from evaporating while fueling the car), and a low-speed idling gear. The hatchback model of the car makes up somewhat for the tiny back seat, allowing me to put the seats down to fit more cargo in the back, useful for fitting skis through the center of the car; the traction controlled front-wheel drive may not be the most effective for getting up to the ski hill on the worst days, but it works fine for a road that has had a day or two to clear of snow. My personal favorite is the USB drive that can be used to plug in a phone, so either music or apps like Pandora can be controlled by voice through the car's sound system. The one feature that can be a little obnoxious is the centralized locks. One button above the console controls the locks for the entire car, so unlocking all of the doors requires getting into the car and pressing the button twice (once to lock all doors, again to unlock all doors). If one doesn't plan on having others in the car, this feature isn't very inconvenient, but when inviting guests along, it takes a lot of hand signaling and explaining to get people to wait for that second click before opening their doors.
