I absolutely love this vehicle.
The interior space is way beyond what one would expect by looking at the exterior. I have even removed the back seat a couple of times for moving a large quantity of things from a distant location and really maximized the space even further. I also feel that the view while driving is totally unencumbered. I have never had such great unobstructed vision with any other car I have owned. I also like the fact that the driver's seat is easy to get into. It is just the right height. Of course, the gas mileage is really good, but one would expect that with a four-cylinder engine. I have put on over 100,000 miles since purchasing this vehicle, and it is still going strong. I have had no major mechanical problems. I have had the muffler repaired and the tires replaced along with typical maintenance. The only issue I have had is with the vent system. I have learned that this seems to be a problem with the year, make and model of the car. The Nissan dealership attempted to repair it, and since they were not entirely successful, it was free. Finally, since it doesn't look like a clone of every other vehicle on the road, other Cube drivers that I encounter always wave and acknowledge they see another person who likes to be different.

Great first car
The Nissan Cube was my first ever vehicle. I had my eyes on this car for a while -- it's unique and it stands out, I didn't want a car that looked just like everyone else's. I really love my car. It's not perfect but its a great car for a person buying a car for the first time. It's easy to maneuver because of it's size, yet the interior is much larger than you'd think. I have helped several friends move with my cube! It also has perks like an iPod hook up and changeable decorative options for the interior. As much as I love my car, there are a few things I would change. Due to it's box-like design, it's not exactly aerodynamic. The wind can hit pretty hard because of this. There's also a bad blind spot since it's shaped like a box, it is a bit hard to see around the back corners of my vehicle. I also wish it had leather seats, and a heated seat option. Overall I wish there was a high end Cube option. I know these days there are many vehicles in the same price range that have not only an iPod hookup but USB hook up, heated leather seats, back up camera, Bluetooth music player, and so on for the same price as my car. As much as I love my car, I would not buy it again unless it had these options. However, if I could go back in time and buy a different car, I would still have gone with the Cube.
