The Likes and Dislikes of the Nissan Xterra
I have a 2002 Nissan Xterra that has around 85,000 miles on it. The car is very reliable. The only major purchase I've had to make with it is I had to change the tires, but that's inevitable in any car. Most of the maintenance is just standard upkeep. The inside is fairly comfortable, but it's pretty basic without much frills. I'm also fairly tall (around 6 foot 2 inches) and I have to say that I'm almost too big for the car. There's not enough leg room for the driver or the backseat passengers.

Love this X-terra.
We love camping, and we purchased our 2007 X-terra to pull a camper. We love the vehicle and the towing capacity it has. We can fit three grandkids in the backseat and take them with us, so that is an important factor for us. We have two Nissan vehicles, and they are built solid and made to last.

Great reliable car.
I liked how reliable it was. It was also easy to get fixed. It made a good tow car. Could take it anywhere to go hiking. At home in the mountains and the beach. It performed well but would get bogged down when towing up steep mountains. Still looks new under the hood. Holds its value. Does eat up the gas though. Have had a few electrical issues. Sturdy for off-roading. Plenty of room in the back for cargo. Has a great roof rack.
