Love my Murano.
This is a very comfortable and roomy vehicle, it comfortably seats 5 adults and the backseat is large enough for people with small children to easily install 3 child car seats. It also takes bumps in the road very well unlike a few others in it's price range that I test drove. The cargo area is very nice. The back seats fold down for additional room. There is an underneath storage area for the spare tire and small tools. The dash has multiple controls, from telling you how many miles you have left on your tank of gas to the outside weather conditions. It is an all wheel drive sub, when not engaged it is a front wheel drive, making it much easier to get around in winter weather. There is a nice function of it regulating speed when going downhill, it keeps your speed steady, unlike all other vehicles I've owned that automatically increase speed going downhill. There is a function that also controls the wheels when navigating a turn, to make sure you don't slide or tip. It applies braking where you need it. Door locks are automatically engaged once you start driving and the back doors can only be unlocked by the front occupants. The back seat windows only roll down halfway making it safer for children and pets. There armrest console has 2 separate sections inside to store items, top and bottom. It also has a charging port inside as well as in the front dash where a cigarette lighter used to go and a 3rd one in the back cargo area just inside the hatch door.

This 2009 Nissan Murano has been a reliable vehicle with a consistently smooth ride.
I appreciate that despite the vehicle's age, the 2009 Nissan Murano has stood the test of time and distance. I have driven over 150,000 miles on the vehicle, but it still drives smoothly with no serious shakes. The look and usability of the technology in the car (including the air conditioning and heating system, the radio and navigation screen, and the display above the steering wheel) though old are comparable to those that appear in newer cars. One dislike I have is though the leather seats and cloth flooring (with proper care) have remained nice, the silver trim around certain areas of the car (like the cup holders) has pulled up like plastic, making parts of the interior look very worn. Overall, I have adored driving the Murano and plan on purchasing a new version when the time arrives.

Comfortable and reliable...Love it!
The vehicle at first glance is nice to look at, and then you get in and the seats are very comfortable. They fit like a glove, and you sink right into the seat. Great for long car rides or just plain comfort. I have had no issues, runs great. Love that it's got the 3.5 L engine. It is powerful and convenient for the family. It gets up to speed quickly and handles beautifully. I like the trunk because it opens at a push of a button, but I don't like the annoying beeping sound. This is not a deal breaker. Still worth the purchase. The trunk area is big and has a convenient pop-up compartment to place groceries easily in the divided compartments, and they won't tip over and spill all over. Another great feature is the heated seats in the front and the back to keep you and the kids warm in the cold months. The air conditioning is nice and cold, but the kids complain they don't get enough in the back. Living in the south that means hot kids and a stressful car ride. Overall, the Nissan Murano is worth every penny. I would definitely count on this car lasting many more years to come.
