My favorite road to drive in Garland is Forrest Dr.. The reason Forest is my favorite road to drive in Garland is because it pretty much connects you to everything. Forest is the main road going from East to West in Garland.

The places that are near I-30 are the most dangerous. Take care there.

Going to Dallas may be a better choice.

Garland is on the outskirts of Dallas and growing. You can drive just seconds from a busy intersection and be in the midst of quiet neighborhoods, green grass, and trees. My favorite memory of driving in Garland is being packed in the car with family and driving around to see Christmas lights. There isn't much traffic and it's easy to get around. We drive past the railroad tracks and through the nice neighborhoods.

Centerville Road.. You don't find much traffic and you pass over railroad tracks.
