It's an okay first car.
The car itself is underwhelming, and it looks faster than it is. The interior is gray on gray, but everything works. The car has had engine cooling problems in the past, and the AC was broken for about 3 years. When she works she works, and I really can't complain.

Decent Pontiac Grand AM.
Overall the Pontiac Grand AM isn't the worst car in the world. This car has literally taken me everywhere from driving on a legit beach to driving through some heavy snow. I even used this car to tow my father in law's brand new 2018 Dodge Ram out of a mud pit! This car has been pretty decent as a family car and the back seats are very spacious due to them being bucket style seats. It has A LOT of power for an old sedan style vehicle, 6 horsepower. I originally bought this car used and the interior was in decent condition as well as the car itself. I have owned this car for 3 years now and have kept up with the basic maintenance as well as putting on new tires, and have not had any engine issues whatsoever! The heat and the AC work beautifully and I will be sad when I no longer own this vehicle, it's a long way down the road, but I know one day I will pass it on to another person.
