Solid car.
This has been the only car I have ever owned and I've owned it for almost 16 years, so it's going to be tough to top! Over that length of time the Saturn has been extremely reliable, with zero major problems over it's life so far, so I love the reliability. The gas mileage is still better than most new cars these days so I love that fact as well, even though there isn't a TON of power, it's still fun to drive.

Reliable and solid car.
I have driven this Saturn over 10 years, and it has over 200,000 miles on it. It is still running without any major mechanical difficulties. In fact, it has never had any mechanical difficulties. It has been a reliable vehicle. It has been inexpensive, in the sense that I haven’t had major repair bills. It also has been inexpensive in the sense that the gas mileage is excellent. It uses roughly half the gas that our pick-up truck uses for the same distances. So for the past ten years, I basically drive it, put gas in it, put oil in it, and take it in for regular maintenance. It is so easy. The exterior also has not had any rust, and is still in good condition. On the other hand, it does have its small annoyances. It has a 4-cylinder engine, and it accelerates very slowly. I can never pull out on a highway without having a long “runway” because I know I can’t get up to speed quickly. Also, the windows fog very easily. If I have a car full of people, the windows will fog. If I am by myself, and it starts to rain, the windows start to fog. Also, it is boxy and completely unexciting as a car. The interior has a lot of plastic, which has broken over the years. It is not only a very economical car, it looks and feels like a very economical car. However, it is a reliable, inexpensive, practical vehicle that has served me very well.
