I really miss that SUV
The car was amazing to drive, so much room and comfort for me. I finally was able to drive without my legs cramping up from being wedged into the drivers seat. She had incredible visibility for me to avoid any blind spots, due to the contoured rear windows. The interior I had was tan, but did not show much wear and tear over the years compared to friends' cars. It was the vehicle of choice when choosing whose car to take on a road trip. The fold-down rear seats allowed me to easily move large loads when needed, including medium-sized items of furniture. It's a shame the model was discontinued so that GM could concentrate on miniaturized economy cars to get their net average MPG numbers up. It deserved more respect than that and is still seen on the road today, still looking as sharp as ever.

Rendezvous Regret
Where do I start? I went from absolutely loving my vehicle one day to being afraid for my life while driving it the next. I recently had to cut back on expenses, so I got rid of my leased vehicle and purchased the Rendezvous with cash off of a gentleman on Craigslist. Within six months I had to change the oil three times, replace the gas gauge and ultimately ended up getting rid of the vehicle after it broke down on me due to the engine overheating.
I was traveling to and from my job, which is about 34 miles away, five days a week with no problems at all for the first two and a half months. Then, during the month of January (hands down one of the coldest months in Northeast Pennsylvania), I had gotten two flat tires due to something being wrong with the vehicle's rims. Now mind you, I do not think that it was the fault of Buick themselves. It could have been from the previous owner or the fact that where I live tends to be pothole city (not that I hit them often or anything). So I had to get two new rims and tires in January along with an oil change because the oil light also decided to come on. Fast forward to the end of February, same story - needed an oil change after putting just 1,000 miles on the vehicle. Same exact thing happens again in the month of March. And now even better, it begins to leak some sort of fluid. My brother (a mechanic) says it was a bad seal in the tubing that the antifreeze goes through, so he fixed that for me mid March. On my way home from work one beautiful April day, the truck decides to overheat and blow a head gasket. That was it for me. I was not about to sink $1,200 into something I had just paid $2,000 for. So the totally useless vehicle has now been parked in my driveway for a little over six months.
