Solid, reliable, simple car
Overall, this is a great car. I only had a few mechanical issues. Each problem that came up was easily fixed though. It has been of a high level of quality, and I have driven it daily for almost 10 years.

I love Besty.
I absolutely love my car. She has always ran good for me. No problems with the engine or electrical even though it is an older car. The only downside is my inspections tend to be a little higher because she is wearing down slowly. But overall a great car.

Cute and dependable!
I loved this car. It was dependable and got GREAT gas mileage. I never had any problems with it even though it got some serious wear and tear. I drove it A LOT, on a lot of different types of roads - bumpy rural roads, traffic-jammed inner-city streets, interstates, etc., and it handled great on all of them. It maneuvered well and had good shocks and brakes and a smooth transmission. It never overheated or stalled, and it easily handled going way faster than I should have gone while traveling on the interstate. It was small enough to fit in tight spots but wasn't small enough to be cramped. It was a sturdy and strong little thing, too! I once got side-swiped by a school bus, and after some fairly small cosmetic repairs, my Prizm was as good as new.
