Not Satisfied
The quality of this vehicle is poor. The fabric on the seats frayed within 6 months of owning this brand new vehicle. I have also had electrical issues with this vehicle since 3 months after purchase; this includes Bluetooth connectivity and the buttons on the steering wheel not functioning. About 1 year after purchase, the fan motor stopped working for the air conditioning/heating system which I had to leave it at the dealer for over a day. The factory tires only last up to 30,000 miles which I think is a rip off and after 6 months of owning the vehicle they actually came apart and started leaking air which required a replacement. There have been so many recalls with this vehicle, at least one every year including the fan motor I had replaced and numerous belts in the engine. I do like how the vehicle looks, it has a very modern and unique front end and I love the color which is a graphite gray. It is not too big and has just enough space to function. Mechanically it runs okay. It makes strange noises but it still drives. I wish it got better fuel mileage and I think this vehicle was over-priced at $28,000.

Travel companion!
I bought my Outlander, used second-hand ten years after it was manufactured. I didn't really have any expectations for it, I just needed something in decent condition that I could afford to buy upfront. I absolutely love it and never thought I would be an SUV person. It currently has 189,000 miles on it, and I still drive it out of state on multiple occasions without any problems, the longest trip being from Pennsylvania to Florida and back.

Okay for price
This car does not come with any bells or whistles. I miss having automatic headlights and a sunroof. There is no change tray to keep random change in that is obstructed for passersby. There is no sunglasses holder. The interior is small, and the entire crossover is smaller than my previous car, a Toyota Camry. The car is AWD and very good for farm work.
