Used Mitsubishi Mirage for Sale

My Mitsubishi Mirage 2000 has been very good too me in the 10+ years that I have owned it. By far, the best thing about the car is how reliable it is; I'm pretty sure only a major car wreck or maybe a bullet could stop the engine from running. I have replaced nothing in this car since I got it with the exception of some struts. This car is, in fact, so reliable that what's under the hood is outliving the interior. My rear view mirror has fallen off before, and all the door carpet is gone. The seats no longer support my back as well. This may be a criticism, but after 18 years, I would expect the interior of any car to break down. This car drives well and makes a nice growl when you put your foot down. This car is also cheap to maintain; the tires are only $35 a piece for example. The only complaint I would have is the look of it; this looks like a car your grandpa would drive. Despite the design, I would whole heatedly endorse Mitsubishi as a car maker. If I bought a fancier car from them today, I have little doubt that it would last 15 years. I'll be sad to see this one go when it finally dies, but that could be some time.

This was my very first vehicle that my dad bought for me when I started college, so it was very slightly used as it was less than a year old. I loved the color, because my favorite color is green. And, best of all, it both matched my college colors (green and gold), so my car was awesome for adding touches of school cheer with decals and such. Even though I was a new college student when I received my car, I wish it were bigger at times, and sometimes I wish it were sportier. I had my heart set on a Firebird, but my parents thought I would kill myself with such a fast vehicle.

I've had this car for 17 years now. It gets normal city use and the occasional road trip. I have NEVER had a single problem with this car beyond normal wear and tear. I have a bad habit of not maintaining cars the way they should be - I have run this car a number of times on almost no oil and the engine still runs very well. It has never broken down. The worst that has happened is the battery ran down and I had to get a tow to get the car to the auto shop. It's a small car, but that often means I can get into places the larger cars can't.
