People are very inclined to creep slowly into turns, even easy turns.

There are the most car dealers on South First street. Arrow Ford is where I generally go to get a new vehicle or service. I do not recommend using craigslist to purchase a vehicle. The reason many people have to resort to using craigslist is that the vehicle has so many problems they can't get anything for it at the car dealership.

I always remember the loop going from the Winters Freeway onto I-20. It is a wide loop and I always feel like I'm on a racetrack. I lean my body into the turn and by the time I get to the end I am speed up to merge right into the interstate traffic.

Buffalo Gap Road. Because this was the area I lived in growing up. It always feels like I have come home when I drive there.

Beware as of the drunk drivers. Abilene is a college town.

There are many, many, many choices...Take your time and visit them all. They are located on south first and all around the west side of the loop.

I like driving in Abilene because it has a loop that goes all the way around and makes it very easy to get where you are going in a timely manner. My car loves to be in cruise control mode and the loop speed limit is 65 so I just Cruz to my exit.

North first street. They have a lot of art set up on the side. The railroad tracks run by it so you get to see trains and it's wide.
