2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Usados en Venta

I really like how much power our Chevy had with its v8 engine. It is extremely spacious in the front seat and back seat. The heater and A/C have not failed us yet and that is a must in the SW desert heat. It is very easy to drive and does very well on the highway. We've owned the truck now for 7 years and it still feels brand new with how easy it is to clean and how well it runs. I have absolutely LOVED the thermometer that shows in the rear view mirror and also love the 4-wheel drive capabilities, as those things have come in handy in more than one occasion. The only downside we've experienced with the Silverado is the some electrical issues. For example, power windows not working, random messages on the dash that would turn off and on, and the ABS button having issues from time to time. Those were the only times we had to take our truck into the shop. The truck is about to hit 100,000 miles, though, and it runs like its new. I know that it'll last us for a while and through all the traveling we do every year -- and we do a LOT! It's been perfect for our little family and dogs.

I love the interior of the truck, the lines are very streamlined and the stainless steel accent trim looks very nice and clean. The cab has plenty of room for 3 adults and two car seats as long as the car seats are placed in the correct positions. No one ever feels cramped. The full size bed is also super convenient when traveling with luggage and a full truck. The sound system is great and has never missed a beat. The truck is a workhorse. With over 150,000 miles on her she has never missed a beat requiring nothing more than her routine maintenance.

This truck currently has over 180,000 miles on it. Just recently, I did my first major repair on the front end. When I brought it into the shop, the maintenance men claimed that most of the parts on my front end should have been changed out around 60,000 miles, but luckily my truck's parts lasted three times that long. This truck is extremely dependable in terms of performance. However, some wiring harnesses have failed within months of receiving the truck. Within a year of purchase, a rear window refuses to move and all but two speakers are out in the truck. In terms of safety and reliability, this truck is great. But in terms of luxury and convenience when it comes to internal accessories, the truck lacks.
