It's a reliable car.
I've had the car since 2013 and it has only had a couple problems. It's a quiet car which is nice. The fuel economy is decent but I wish it could be better. There are three rows of seats in the car. So the total amount of people that it fits is about 8. You can also put all the seats in the back down and add more space in. I use this car for work and I have to put a bunch of supplies into the back and it fits perfect/ The car is very comfortable and cozy. I have slept in the car before and it's just like my bed at home. For a family car it's an awesome car. There aren't many things that I dislike about the car. It would be better if it had heated seats. The car is has a good amount of power for a family sub. This car is a very good and reliable car so there isn't much I dislike. The only thing I would add as a dislike is the look of the car. It doesn't look like a cool car so to speak.

Reliable family vehicle.
We bought this vehicle new, and it has been great. We have driven from Michigan to Florida twice, and from Michigan to the Pacific ocean, no problems, even in mountains and extreme heat and humidity. Our Pacific road trip had 3 adults and 3 children, plus all our luggage and we all fit just fine with only a small hitch cargo carrier for a total of 21 days. With just basic maintenance, it still runs quiet and has good acceleration. We have 2 full back rows of seats with a 2/1 split. When all the seats are folded down, the cargo area is really generous--can easily fit an adult bike and then some. We have two large dogs plus 3 kids, and even though we've been rough on the cloth upholstery, there are no rips or snags. This is a heavy vehicle, so even without 4 wheel drive, it does just fine in most snow conditions (snow tires help). The dual zone climate control is helpful with kids, as are the multiple ports, cup holders, and storage areas. Overall, it's been a great, trouble-free vehicle for us, and I'll miss it if it ever dies.

Roomy, family car, yet elegant
I did not originally go in to the dealership to buy the Traverse; I was in love with the Acadia and had no desire to look at anything else. However, I quickly saw that I could get all of the features of the Acadia and more for a better price. I felt like I was driving a luxury vehicle with all of the upgrades! I love the roominess -- plenty of space for my three kids and their friends, the smoothness of the ride, the quiet motor, and the elegant lines of the body. It was also very reliable, even after I had logged quite a few miles!
