Great Reliable Vehicle
The Pontiac Torrent has been one of the best vehicles I've ever owned. The build quality is beyond that of what I would consider excellent. I've owned mine since 2009 and made absolutely zero repairs other then general maintenance. We change the oil every 3,000 miles, keep the air filter clean, and the Torrent just keeps going and going with minimal signs of wear. The interior has held up well over the years despite having three kids. Everything still operates properly, including the windows that my kids wore out in less then three years with our old Ford Expedition. I would also like to note I've been utterly most surprised with the build quality. My last Expedition, needed front end parts what seemed like every single year. After 7 years of driving the Torrent and the front end still seems tight as if it was brand new and most importantly handles like a dream car. I feel the Torrent still has plenty of life left in it, although it's getting time to trade in, I feel the Torrent will keep running forever and forever with just minimal maintenance.

Used yet dependable SUV.
I really like my Pontiac Torrent. It is one of the first SUV-type cars that I have ever known. I like that it is a larger car and that I'm sitting up off the ground. The brakes respond very quickly when I tap them to stop, and I appreciate how smooth the stops are. It has a lot of room in its trunk area, so I am able to fit my double stroller in there along with multiple grocery bags. I have twins, so I need a lot of space, and the backseat of the car is able to accommodate both car seats comfortably. There is also still room for my husband to climb back and sit between the car seats when the twins need the comfort of their dad. All the knobs on the radio are very easily viewed and easy to configure. The heat and air knobs are also very easily accessible and easy to figure out as well.

Great family vehicle
I very much enjoy my used Torrent. Although it came with over 100,000 miles on it and had been in an accident, I've had zero engine or electrical troubles. It doesn't rattle, make noise, or shake. I like that it's very practical for a family offering seating for five (with the ability to fit three car seats) and storage room in the back. Even though it's perfect for a family, I still feel "cool" in it due to the sporty exterior. The only thing that I could say I don't enjoy is the gas mileage, but I feel it's to be expected and not a deal breaker at all.
