A great commuter car!
This has been a wonderful car. I do a lot of driving, and my Chevy Sonic has performed better than I had hoped. It's a Hatchback, 2013 model. Even though it's only two years old, I have put 150,000 miles on it already, and expect to his 200,000 sometime in the middle of next year. This car has gone all of those miles with no rattles, no maintenance problems, and is performing like it did when I drove off the lot. I get excellent gas mileage (38 miles per gallon). It runs off of the less expensive fuel, and I have been more than pleased with it. I could not ask for a better little car. The storage room at first bothered me, but I learned quickly that I can fold down the seats and I can get just about anything in there. I even haul my push mower around in my car from one house to another. It has been GREAT!

My Chevy Sonic Gets the Job Done
I really like this car, for the most part. It drives smoothly and had a good amount of space for a small car. It also gets good gas mileage, and has a digital display which actually tells you how many miles you have until empty, which adjusts automatically based on your driving habits (i.e., if you use it in a city, primarily drive on highways, etc.). However, I have had a lot of problems with the tires on this car, and the originals had to be replaced due to factory defect shortly after I bought the car. My tire pressure light comes on every couples of months, but sometimes I'll take the car in to get the tires looked at and there's nothing wrong with them, so probably it's just a problem with the computer system in the car. In the long run, it doesn't bother me much. A turbine in my transmission got recalled about a year and a half after I bought the car, which was kind of scary, but of course Chevy fixed it for free, although it took several days. I've driven this car across the country twice, and had no problems with it making such a long journey. I even managed to fit all of my belongings in it, which you wouldn't expect by looking at it. I have noticed that driving it can be a bit of a pain if you're a taller person. My father, who is over 6 feet tall, had to drive it once and it was a tight fit for him, but other than that, I really like owning a Sonic. I wish the monthly payments were less, but that's my fault for not making a bigger down payment.

Good commuter car
I liked the look of this little four-door hatchback from the start. It has very clean lines, and the rear door handles are recessed to give a clean line to it. The LTZ model has a real nice interior, and the cabin is well designed. My personal favorite thing about this car is the turbo. You can feel the difference when trying to merge into traffic or have to pass someone. It handles well for a small car also. The On Star is a added bonus. The price was very reasonable also.
