Decent vehicle
I purchased the Mazda5 several years ago, and it's been a good, running-around-town car. Plenty of space for hauling small furniture items, more groceries than you can buy in a single trip and even lumber for projects. Sadly, it's not quite big enough to haul 4x8 sheets though. Lots of leg room in the second row of seats, but the third row is a little cramped. Overall, I like it, and it gets me around comfortably for a job that I log 250+ miles every week.

My Mazda 5 has been a reliable, economical choice
The modern shape and design of this vehicle give a new twist to the “mini van” concept. I call it my micro-mini van. It looks more like a car than a van and has a much lower profile than typical mini vans. It looks rather sporty and fun. Even though it is smaller than a full sized van, you don’t have to compromise seating at all. It actually seats 6 people and has very comfortable captain chair seating in the front and middle. I love that, similar to most family vans, it has versatile sliding doors on both sides for ease of passengers in and out. It is a 4-cylander, so it gets great gas mileage, at least 28 MPG. There is plenty of room for people and things for travel or a road trip. The performance is great. It turns on a dime, is easy to park and requires only common maintenance. What I loved is that when I first got the car many people admired it and asked me what kind it was and where I got it. It was kind of fun to have a car that other people thought was cool!

The Mazda is a great versatile car
I've owned the Mazda 5 for 8 years now. I really love this car. The Mazda 5 like a small minivan, you might call it a "micro-mini van." It is very comfortable to drive and quite comfortable for passengers as well. This is a six passenger vehicle. It seats four people in captain-chair type seats and also has a third fold-down seat to fit two more people comfortably. The four main seats are fully adjustable and have arm rests. Another great feature is that the car has a sliding door on each side like the kind most bigger minivans have. The back has a lift door making it easy to put things in and out. What's nice is that this car has all the perks of a minivan but is still low-profile, not much taller than an ordinary passenger car. The Mazda 5 gets great gas mileage because it has a four-cylinder engine. If I had one complaint, it would be the sort of plastic bumpers. I don't think those bumpers are very durable and seem to get scratched and dented very easily. Other than that, this is an excellent car.
