2012 Kia Soul OWNER RATINGS & REVIEWS

It's a big small car! It sits higher than a regular vehicle which make it easy to see around corners in neighborhoods. The inside is quite spacious (elbow and head room), and the back seats fold down for extra trunk room. The car can sync with a smartphone-it has hands-free calling and radio control from the steering wheel. The car can also be equipped with satellite radio. I really have no cons about the vehicle.

Love my Kia Soul
We purchased this car new for my daughter. It was the first car that she would have to drive to school and to work. The whole family is in love with the Kia Soul Sport! We were attracted to it for the extra safety features and the continuous high safety ratings that we saw online and in TV commercials. It's the perfect car in many ways. It is easy to park, because it fits in small places. It is easy to drive and maneuver, because the steering seems to be so responsive with the least of effort. Plenty of room especially for people in the backseat. Extra legroom for all! The back seats can fold down to make room for almost anything that you need to haul around. Even when the back seat is in upright position, there is a larger boot area in the back for groceries, and it has compartments for easy storage. Even though it's primarily my daughter's car, everyone in the family wants to drive it when they leave the house. The 2012 Kia Soul has been such a family pleaser that my daughter is now out of college and plans to purchase another new Kia Soul next spring.

Great value.
My vehicle has been great and has done everything I expected when I purchased it. The quality/value of the vehicle has been great for the price I paid (~$17k). I am currently at around 73,000 miles and have had the car for over 5 years. I drive about 60 miles a day to/from work. The car gets decent mileage (~30 mpg), and everything seems built to standard. Nothing in the interior feels cheap. The dashboard feels grippy/more expensive than other more expensive cars I've been in. The backup camera has been very useful mainly to avoid backing in too far while parking, and the sound system has been pretty good. I enjoy the light-up/color-changing rings around the speakers. Ride quality is decent, although I've definitely seen/felt better. The uniqueness of the car makes it easy to find in a crowded lot. I've been in a couple of accidents in the car, but none were my/the car's fault. Repairs were quick, the car has felt like new since. For a car that looks small on the outside, it's quite spacious on the inside, and the hatchback makes it easy to load/unload groceries/suitcases, etc.
