This is a great vehicle. It's big enough for our family and cargo, and small enough to feel like I don't need two lanes for traveling.
The Traverse is roomy enough for a family with growing tween and teenage boys and all the groceries to feed them at the same time. It has comfortable seating in the driver and passenger row and the middle row. The third row seating is fine for smaller passengers. The seats fold down easily for more cargo space. The gas mileage of an average of 22 miles per gallon with the rural driving that I do is great for the size and power. Cruising uphill is easy with the powerful engine. The rear back-up camera has a great wide angle view which is a good thing because the design leaves several blind spots that make it dangerous without the camera. The metal between the windshield and the passenger window create another blind spot that requires the driver moving forward and backward to see when turning. The dual air makes for a comfortable ride, even for the passengers in the third row on a hot summer day. There are plenty of jacks for electronics throughout the vehicle. That makes it a little easier for those times when everyone needs a little alone time on long road trips.

Excellent family vehicle!
I really like everything about the Chevrolet Traverse; it is an excellent car for my family. It has a lot of seating, which is great for larger families. This has third-row seating, and both rows in the back seat three each. The back rows arenÕt cramped at all. The seats are comfortable and easy to clean. ItÕs easy to get into the back row, with the easy flip up of one of the middle seats. One lever flips the seat forward and out of the way to enable getting through to the back. The farthest row has compartments and cup holders, which I like. The second row also has cup holders in both doors, and there is also a portion that flips down behind the middle seat that has two more cup holders and a storage compartment. The back seat has its own climate controls that can be accessed by the back passengers easily. There is headphone jacks there as well. I really like the design of the seating and how there is still a trunk with room for groceries or the kids bags. If more room is needed for the trunk area I really like that the back row of seats can be easily laid forward with easy to reach handles. There is also straps to pull the seats back up into place, making it super easy if the need arises. The seats are broken into one and then the other two, so you can lay one section or both down depending on what you need for room and seats. I like the seats in the front of the car too. They are comfortable and very adjustable. The power seats can be adjusted forward and back, up and down, and the part you sit on can also tilt up and back. The upper can recline and it also has lumbar control. I like the light controls and that it has auto mode so they will shut off a few minutes after the car is shut down. I like the location of the information buttons below the stereo, which allows scrolling through a lot of information like gas mileage, miles to empty, trips a and b settings, and much more. The cruise control is on the steering wheel as well as stereo controls. This car drives very good, and itÕs a comfortable riding car, even on bumpy dirt roads. On the highway, it goes down the road really smooth. It gets decent gas mileage, and itÕs been an easy to maintain car. It isnÕt a huge powerhouse off the stop, but once you get going, it accelerates quicker. ItÕs a very comfortable car to drive, and I like that I can easily see to the sides, front and back of me when IÕm in the drivers seat. I also like that it has back-up sensors. I think, overall, itÕs a great car, and I would buy one again. I like that it seats so many, but itÕs not a huge vehicle thatÕs hard to maneuver. I feel like I am driving my kids around in a safe vehicle, and that counts for a lot. I can cart around my kids and their baggage easily. I would severely miss this vehicle if I didnÕt have it anymore. I have never had so much room and felt so safe and comfortable driving before. I used to have a bigger vehicle, and it seated less and was a pain to park and drive. I am so glad I ditched that and got this. I wish I made the switch long ago! It has everything I need. Everything works well. It drives nice, looks nice, and has been a reliable and easy to maintain car for us. I highly recommend this to anyone at all; you canÕt go wrong with a Traverse!
