Used Ford Explorer Sport for Sale

Good vehicle for single person. 4WD handled good off road.

Overall, the 1997 Ford Explorer is a comfortable, durable, reliable car. It is great for someone looking to take it off road or go camping in it, as it has good clearance and plenty of space to haul gear. The front seats are very comfortable and everything you could need is there. The back seats are a little tight on leg space, but the far back has plenty of room for groceries, camping gear, furniture, etc. 16 years after it was made I still have this car. It has over 200,000 miles on it and last year we replaced the engine but aside from that it has been a great vehicle.

This vehicle has been one of my all time favorite vehicles I've owned. It is a midsize SUV, has plenty of room for hauling around what you need while still getting great MPG (usually 25mpg). While many SUVs feel top heavy and unstable during travel, the Ford Explorer Sport is tight and easy to drive. It has a comfortable interior, great get up and go when you need it (6 cylinder) and is always one of the best looking vehicles in the lot! The A/C keeps the vehicle cool all the way to the back and the rear seats lay flat to give even more options for hauling etc.
