Hard to break
The vehicle seems to withstand a beating, a great work truck. Not much space in the cab but space may not be necessary for everybody. The truck is not very fast, and not great on gas, but if can carry furniture and such from one location to another. It is better than most other trucks on MPG. It is a manual transmission, which helps with gas. The parts to replace are generally inexpensive and readily available. The vehicle does not require much maintenance and if it does, it is usually a simple process to resolve. The interior is nice as it does not stain easily. The ride is smooth, not much shaking or strange noises from anywhere. Cold A/C, lights in the dashboard, and bright paint which only is included in special Edge edition models of the vehicle. There are plenty of cup holders considering there are only 2 seats. The center console doubles as an armrest, and can fold upwards to seat another. The floorboards are made of a durable material which is easy to clean, just spray out with a hose and you’re done.

I love my 2003 Ford Ranger.
The main thing I like about this truck is how reliable that it has been. I've driven it 10,000 miles in six months without a single problem. It continues to perform extremely well, even after fourteen years in service. All of the electrical features still work, like the power windows and power locks. I do spend about $50 plus a week on gas, so I wish it got better fuel economy, but other than that, I've been extremely satisfied with this vehicle. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely buy this vehicle again.

Good little truck
This is a good little truck for the price. We purchased it used. It's in good shape and runs well. It has the utility of a truck. It is small enough to drive and park easily. It gets relatively good gas mileage. We bought the regular cab, and it is pretty snug inside... if we had more time, we would have waited to find an extended cab. My husband is the main driver, and he is on the large size. There is not a lot of room for the seats to tilt back in the regular cab. But, surprisingly, the seat belts are plenty roomy. The AC still works really well! But it is a little weird to have to 'roll' the windows up and down and manually lock/unlock the car! Overall, it has been a nice, reliable little truck for our purposes. Also, the interior has held up very well all these years!
