Fantastic
The things that I like about my car are that it is small; it helps to get in the small places. It is great on gas mileage, especially when I have to travel to a doctorÕs office visits that are an hour away. I can go and come back and only use half of a tank. I love that it has a sync option; I am able to play my music from Pandora, YouTube, etc. Although, I have had trouble with the sync option. Twice it did not want to sync without a reason, but it fixed its self in two days. The things that I dislike are that it is so low to the ground I live in a city where there are potholes. I have to be very careful not to go over a pothole. The speed on the car is not great: it does not go fast compared to the Hyundai car that I had before. The image from the rear view camera at night is not the best; you can see the image a little blurry.

Unreliable, cheap, problematic
I purchased this car brand new (three miles on the odometer) and had it delivered to my house. Since mile 100, I have had issues with the transmission, shifting, and stalling out concerns. In the span of four years, there have been several recalls, none of which Ford provided a courtesy car for. I had to get a rental through Fords Enterprise agreement, which required me to leave a $350 deposit (held until the car was returned) even though Ford was required to pay for the car rental since they had no courtesy car available. Although I technically didn't pay for rental (in the end), I always had to ensure I had $350 available since Enterprise would hold my deposit. Also, several issues that eventually were part of a recall were disregarded for several years. I had to contend with stall outs, hard shifts, transmission issues, leaking parts for a number of years (through several complaints to Ford) until finally a recall would be issued, validating my years of complaints over the very issues I was told were "learning issues that my car needed more time for" or "an issue Ford is unable to reproduce upon looking at the vehicle". This car is worth so very little money coming off the lot. Even now, with less than 40k on my 4.5 years old vehicle, it's barely worth $5.5k on trade in with a almost perfect exterior (I've taken it in to look at its trade-in value 2x). Ford dealerships overcharge quite a bit, never have your car complete within the time stated, their car care plans have routinely resulted in my car coming back from routine service without fluids being topped off (I left to discover I was out of windshield fluid, and in one case, oil change was not completed, which Ford admitted they 'forgot' to do after I confronted them a few days later with my very dirty oil from what was likely to be several "oil changes" with them that did not happen).
